Middletown Modern Townhouse w/Private Fenced Yard- RIBryan Properties

A wonderful place to stay, highly recommend! Positive: The location was really great! Close to the beach and to Salve Regina! I loved all the amenities, such as the ice maker, waterfall shower, fenced yard and stocked kitchen! The coffee machine is also fantastic! The finishes are very high end, really lovely and comfortable place throughout! The bed was super comfortable as well! I would certainly stay there again! Parking was easy and free! Host was very accommodating! Negative: Overall, I was very pleased with my stay! A few minor tweaks just to be aware of when you stay! The property entrance is on a small drive just past Prospect Ave. (off Narragansett road). Narragansett is a busy street, so not walkable to get to things. The place was perfect size for me and my dog, but might get a little tight with a larger party! The three bedrooms are upstairs, with one bath. I would also recommend an upgrade to the sheets and towels, not a big deal, but just a thought! An addition of a full length mirror would be great! And washer/dryer would be amazing!!

The host always responded to dQuestions before and during stay. Great accommodations, comfy beds, well stocked. Would be great in the warmer weather as backyard has a nice setup.

Very comfortable sleep with comfortable beds and great pillows. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. The fenced in yard for the dog was also perfect. We did not use the outdoor furniture as no time, since we only stayed there for one night.

Highly recommended and beautiful stay everything you could want Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the Middletown Modern Townhouse. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with a beautiful living room and an amazing full body massaging chair. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, silverware, and everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area was fantastic, and the location was perfect,quiet yet close to local shops and attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rhode Island! Negative: The only thing we had a small problem with was the tiny leak from the AC upstairs onto the bedroom floor but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Positive: The place was in a perfect location, it was qell equipped with everything you need. Nice coffee maker, bring your own coffee beans, or coffee. It was great. Beautiful backyard with a BBQ & firepit. My dog loved the yard too. I could go on about the amenities. Bryan, the host was great too. Very responsive. I highly recommend a stay in rhis beautiful spt/condo. Also not far from the beach, cliff walk & the mansions. Wineries are not far either. If you love seafood & don't mind cooking, anthonys fishmarket is up the road & reasonably priced.
