Great find. We’ll definitely go again and Bryan has other properties in the area as well - RIBryan.com. Positive: Great size for family of 4, minutes to 1st and 2nd Beach, great backyard, massage chair, adjustable bed in master bedroom, Bryan very responsive. Negative: Very minor, but the apartment number (2) is located close to the wrong door, so we were trying the code at the wrong door when we first arrived, and food delivery goes to that incorrect door as well.

Great place to stay at. My family enjoyed it very much. Positive: Back space, rooms, massage chair. Negative: No washer and dryer.

The host always responded to dQuestions before and during stay. Great accommodations, comfy beds, well stocked. Would be great in the warmer weather as backyard has a nice setup.

Very comfortable sleep with comfortable beds and great pillows. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. The fenced in yard for the dog was also perfect. We did not use the outdoor furniture as no time, since we only stayed there for one night.
