Everything we wanted. Positive: The location was minutes from Newport situated in a quiet area with a huge yard. Our host was attentive and helpful.

We were a group of four women on a weekend getaway, and this place was perfect for it! I initially looked for something downtown in Newport, but I’m so glad we ended up in the more peaceful, countryside feel of Middletown. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and set on lovely, quiet land. We especially loved unwinding in the hot tub. Bryan was super responsive and helpful with any questions, which made us feel well taken care of. We’d definitely come back again!

Had a great stay at 14 little creek lane. Favorite part of the house was the heated bathroom floor in the master bedroom. Location was close to the polo grounds which was the point of the stay. It’s 15 minutes from down town Newport! 5/5 stars

Excellent stay Positive: Beautiful home, private surroundings responsive host. Negative: Could not use outdoor hot tub or bathroom jacuzzi.
