Highly recommended and beautiful stay everything you could want Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the Middletown Modern Townhouse. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with a beautiful living room and an amazing full body massaging chair. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, silverware, and everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area was fantastic, and the location was perfect,quiet yet close to local shops and attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rhode Island! Negative: The only thing we had a small problem with was the tiny leak from the AC upstairs onto the bedroom floor but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Positive: The place was in a perfect location, it was qell equipped with everything you need. Nice coffee maker, bring your own coffee beans, or coffee. It was great. Beautiful backyard with a BBQ & firepit. My dog loved the yard too. I could go on about the amenities. Bryan, the host was great too. Very responsive. I highly recommend a stay in rhis beautiful spt/condo. Also not far from the beach, cliff walk & the mansions. Wineries are not far either. If you love seafood & don't mind cooking, anthonys fishmarket is up the road & reasonably priced.

Wonderful stay - we’ll be back!!! Positive: The property was located at the edge of Newport in Middletown, an area with its own array of first-class eateries, beautiful beaches and the very best homemade ice cream shop - Clementines! Our townhouse was comfortable, well-appointed and private. All bases were covered, from the kitchen stocked with specialty utensils and gadgets to the upscale shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We had direct access to a truly serene, beautiful, fenced in garden which included a handmade - live edge, shaded wooden table with benches, cushioned seating area and outdoor kitchen. Our host, Bryan was attentive and available to answer all calls/texts immediately. He was a terrific resource, providing us with loads of dining and activity recommendations. We were in town for the Jazz Festival and Bryan helped us brainstorm the easiest way to access. Additionally, the property was pet-friendly which we very much appreciated; our dog loved the outdoor space as much as we did! Negative: No complaints whatsoever.
